Who is the Competent Person of Indonesia?

    • CPI Reporting of Exploration Results

    • A CPI must have at least five years of experience in a field appropriate to the form of mineralization and the type of cargo that is being considered and in accordance with the activities being undertaken by the CPI
  3. Responsibility and Liability for the Report

    • IAGI (Association of Indonesian Geologists)
    • PERHAPI (Indonesian Mining Experts Association)

Relevant Experience Definition

If the CPI prepares a report on the Results of Exploration, then the CPI experience shall be in accordance with the exploration field.
